Standard terms governing all shipments, pricing, liabilities, and claims handled by Bajrang International.

By booking a shipment with Bajrang International, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions listed below.
GST & Pricing
Quoted charges are all inclusive of 18% GST. No additional tax will be levied beyond the quoted amount.
Chargeable Weight
Chargeable weight would be volumetric or actual weight, whichever is higher:
Air / Rush Mode
(L × B × H) / 5000
LITE / Surface Mode
(L × B × H) / 4000
Liability — Forward Shipping
Maximum liability for Forward Shipping is ₹5,000 or Invoice value, whichever is lower.
Liability — Reverse Shipping
Maximum liability for Reverse Shipping is ₹2,000 or 50% of Invoice value, whichever is lower.
Non-Claimable Damages
No claim will be entertained for the following:
- Glassware & fragile products
- Concealed damages
- Improper packaging
Manual Label Penalty
A manual label penalty of ₹500 per shipment will be applicable for all manually labelled consignments.
Billing Dispute Window
Billing disputes must be escalated within 5 days from the invoice date. Disputes raised after this period will not be entertained.
Weight Dispute Claims
No claim will be accepted for weight disputes arising due to incorrect weight declaration at the time of booking.
